- Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
- For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all 50 states within the USA.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other factors once the product has been shipped.
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped, which will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
4. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the package is unopened and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all components included.
- Returns will not be accepted for opened or used products due to food safety regulations.
- Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.
- Products that have not been maintained properly within this time frame, such as not keeping a frozen product in the freezer, are also not accepted for return.
