I ordered this food on the website to try it , and was pleasantly surprised. The dal makhani was fantastic and tasted like one of the better restaurant ones. Perfect seasoning and spice level. The palak paneer was a great starter sauce for my palak chicken and great on its own. It’s actually top tier in flavor and only a few restaurants I’ve had it better. These are great for a pinch meal with n the goal , going to conventions or camping . Highly recommended

I tried Sambar, Chole, Biryani and Gajar Halwa. In each case, moments after the hot water was poured on the freeze-dried mix, the flavors rose up and made my appetite stronger! Ingredients in each of the above are real! I mean the garbanzos in chole or real cashew chunks in halwa… so pleasing!
