ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our shelf-stable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once shipped for safety and quality reasons.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email: molly@mollysinstacurry.com
- Include photos for faster resolution
We will:
- Replace the item OR
- Issue a full refund
Order Issues
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible
Non-Returnable Items
- All food products (opened or unopened)
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized orders
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Bank processing: 5–10 business days
